This policy explains what information the mobile game Highway Cruizer 3D ("the game"), made by AK2DSTUDIOS ("we"), handles and why.

Information we collect

We do not ask for, collect or store any personal information on our own servers. The game has no account, no login and no server of our own.

Your game progress (coins, cars, settings, records) is saved only on your device. It is not sent to us, and it is deleted when you uninstall the game.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game is free and shows optional rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You choose to watch an ad in exchange for an in-game reward. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process information from your device, such as:

• the Android advertising ID,
• IP address and approximate location derived from it,
• device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version),
• ad interactions (views, clicks) and diagnostic data.

Your consent and choices

• Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, the UK and some US states), the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before ads are personalised. You can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings → Privacy options.
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads, depending on the device).
• Ads are always optional: you never have to watch an ad to play.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Ads are limited to content suitable for teens and older.

Data retention and deletion

Game data stays on your device until you uninstall the game or reset your progress in Settings. For data processed by Google for advertising, see Google's privacy policy above.

Security

Information handled by Google's advertising services is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
